The only decision is which colour you will go for. This is in my not so humble opinion, the best machine you will own in your house.
What an excellent machine. I have found my match and will never look back. Bagged hoovers are the way to go. No mess. Change when indicator turns red. Easy. And the tools are well thought out and won’t go walkies because they nest perfectly in the machine casing. The sweeper is easy to extend and with the tools I got as high as nearly every waved ceiling in my house without a step ladder. The three way rolling is excellent too. No more kicking you in the back of the foot or sticking on funny corners. Like a modern suitcase it rolls with ease. And the cord is so easy to retract — fully. When not in use the slot on tbe side for the sweeper makes everything super compact. It fits in a super tiny cupboard too. And it’s so easy to cart from room to room. I LOVE it. The only real decision will not be should you buy the C3 Flex, but what colour you will choose. It’s just about as important to me as my KitchenAid Mixer and that’s saying something. Thank you, Miele!

Blown Away by This Vacuum!
My first impression was of a quality, well-engineered product. I had some initial difficulty learning to use it, because all my previous vacuum cleaners were upright ones. Now that I have reached the end of the learning curve I am mightily impressed. The suction power is amazing - I am running at low fan speeds for most purposes. All the things that were problematic for my previous Shark cleaner are dealt with effortlessly by this one. And it is so quiet! I was gratified that it was made in Europe (specifically Germany) and that spare parts and accessorries are readily available.

Effective, convenient, well engineered
Excellent vacuum cleaner. Powerful - good suction lifts dust from hard floor with the floor brush and gets deep into carpet with the turbo brush. Convenient - useful tools tidily stored inside. Quiet. Evolved - hose, wand and connectors are much improved on the original version.
