Miele hob features
Gas or electric? When it comes to your hob, the choice is yours. Whether you go for a traditional model or a modern variant with induction, all of our hobs are available in a variety of sizes to suit large or small kitchens. Thanks to the convenience features provided by our hobs – for example, the flexible cooking zone – you can enjoy cooking your meal just as much as eating it.
Induction hobs
The trendsetter: the induction hob. It's hard to imagine a more efficient way of using energy. Or a safer cooking zone design – if there is no pan on a zone when the hob is switched on, the power supply is interrupted immediately. The ideal partner: induction-compatible cookware that conducts the energy extremely efficiently.
Induction hobs with integrated vapour extraction
A strong team – when a vapour extractor and hob become one. Tried-and-tested Miele induction technology combined with effective vapour extraction is a real highlight in your kitchen. You’re guaranteed flexible planning options – thanks to the new Silence motor, you’ll barely be able to hear any noise in your kitchen.
Electric hobs
Tried and tested: electric hobs are the traditional choice. Heater elements under the ceramic glass heat the cooking zone, which glows red when in use. The hob can be operated using controls on the cooker, or with its own controls.
Gas hobs
It has to feel real. And authentic. Cooking with gas is not just an emotional experience, it is also a professional solution. The gas flames can be adjusted to any level and provide full power as soon as they are switched on. So you can immerse yourself in your cooking straight away.
SmartLine
Add to other products or use as a standalone solution: our SmartLine series is like a construction kit and allows you to pick and choose modules and combine them any way you like – or add them to a standard induction hob. The downdraft extractor can also be freely combined with other elements. Captivating: the elegant ceramic glass with sensor controls. Various heating types are available.
