Warranty extension

All Miele appliances have a 24-month warranty. If you would like additional cover beyond this time frame, Miele offers you the opportunity to extend the warranty services with a Miele Service Certificate.

Miele are proud to announce, that for the 9th time  our Miele Service team have won the D&G TEQ Award (Total Excellence and Quality).  In this year’s 2016/2017 Award, we have scored 93.06%, one of the highest winning margins Domestic & General have seen in the 20 year history of the award.

Our Customer Contact Centre is based at our head office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and we have more than 100 dedicated Miele engineers on the road.
