TwinDos dispensing via compartment 1 and/or 2 has not been used for too long a time. The detergent may dry up in the hoses.
The washing machine has a cleaning programme for cleaning the TwinDos system.
Running the cleaning programme will clean the hoses inside the washing machine.
To clean the system, you need either a TwinDos Care cleaning cartridge or a refill container.
Use TwinDos during the next wash programme.
Or: carry out the TwinDos maintenance programme immediately.
Switch on the washing machine.
Scroll to the second page in the main menu.
Touch the Maintenance sensor control. The display will then change to show the Maintenance menu.
Select TwinDos maintenance.
Touch the sensor control for the container you want to clean.
Confirm the Start maintenance process? prompt with the Yes sensor control.
Follow the instructions in the display.
