Why do you have to enter your Miele username and password again in the Google Home/Google Assistant app?

If you haven’t used the Miele action on Google or the Miele app for 30 days, you will automatically be logged out of your Miele account.

1. Please complete the account linking process again.

   If you have changed the password for your Miele user account via the Miele app or Miele website, you will also be logged out.

2. Please complete the account linking process again.

   This is to protect your security and the security of your user data.

   To access the login/account linking page directly, you can deactivate and reactivate the Miele action on Google in the Google Home/Google Assistant app.

3. Select the Miele action on Google.

4. Click on “Unlink account”.
