What is AirFry?
AirFry is an oven operating mode that produces crunchy and crispy results: crunchy French fries or crispy poultry, for example, are cooked using a hot air stream without adding fat. The food is cooked in the hot air stream.
AirFry combines the Fan plus and top heat operating modes with the relevant temperature.
AirFrying is a gentle method of cooking which achieves even, crispy results. AirFrying is therefore ideal for cooking frozen food such as French fries or potato croquettes.
