The number of Gourmet Units required generally depends on the type of food, its weight and the required core temperature.
Up to 100 Gourmet Units: delicate food, small amounts, short cooking durations
100–400 Gourmet Units: suitable for most food
Over 400 Gourmet Units: large amounts, long cooking durations
