There is water under the coffee machine.
This means that the water container sits a little too high or at an angle on its surface inside the coffee machine. The dispenser valve cannot close properly and may leak. The water container empties slowly.
Carefully clean and dry the water container shelf in the coffee machine, paying particular attention to the recesses, see Fig. 1.

Clean the water container, proceeding as follows:
Press the lid on the right side.
Pull the water container up by the lid to remove it, see Fig. 2.
Remove the lid from the water container. Clean the lid by hand.
Clean and dry the outside of the dispensing valve under the water container.
Clean the water container in the dishwasher or by hand using warm water and a little washing-up liquid.
Dry the water container.
Reassemble the water container.
