The suction nozzle on the dispensing unit (Cappuccinatore) has not been inserted into the appliance correctly or has become warped.
Disconnect the milk pipework.
The dispensing unit is integrated into the central spout.
Pull the stainless steel cover forwards and remove it from the central spout.
Pull the dispensing unit down to remove it.
The dispensing unit is easier to reinsert if the individual parts have been dampened with water beforehand.
Therefore, you should rinse the dispensing unit briefly under running water.
Reinsert the damp dispensing unit correctly and carefully into the central spout, see Fig. 3.
Replace the stainless steel cover and connect the milk pipework.
