The difference in the temperature of the milk and milk froth is too low.
To achieve the optimum results, proceed as follows:
Use the control dial on the Cappuccinatore to set the temperature of the milk slightly lower, see Fig. 1, position between (1) and (2).
Then turn the control dial to Milk froth, see Fig. 1 (4).
