The vacuum cleaner bag holder is not correctly engaged in the vacuum cleaner housing.
Place the coiled part of the spring on the cross-shaped pin in the middle of the vacuum cleaner bag holder (1, red).
Hook the spring arms behind the clips on the vacuum cleaner bag holder (2, green).
Place the retainers of the vacuum cleaner bag holder (3) over the guides in the vacuum cleaner housing (4).
Hold the vacuum cleaner bag holder almost vertically during this process.
The retainers of the vacuum cleaner bag holder must rest loosely on the guides in the vacuum cleaner housing (5).
Now position your thumbs on the arrows of the vacuum cleaner bag holder (7) and your fingers on the sides of the vacuum cleaner housing (8).
Push the vacuum cleaner bag holder straight down with your thumbs until you hear an audible click.
The retainers of the vacuum cleaner bag holder (3) are engaged in the guides in the vacuum cleaner housing (4). The vacuum cleaner bag holder can be easily pressed down and springs up again automatically.
A catch element prevents the dust compartment lid from closing.
You can only close the dust compartment lid of the vacuum cleaner housing when the vacuum cleaner bag is inserted.
Do not force it.
