I would recommend this cleaner.

This vacuum has a very powerful suction and is ideal for cleaning around our home. Because it uses a removable rechargeable battery, and 2 batteries were supplied. one battery can always be fully charged awaiting use once the installed battery has been fully discharged. These batteries can be recharged whilst installed in the vacuum cleaner or on an independent free standing charger as supplied.

Comfortable Hoover . You need to buy extra small brush for the stairs

Efficient and adaptable, and in most respects convenient to use.

The main drawback is that the container fills quickly with fibres when cleaning carpets, and needs emptying after doing two rooms. Otherwise very convenient, efficient and adaptable. The different elements are still a bit stiff to take apart, but I'm hoping they will get easier with more use. Worth having two batteries, so that each in turn can be fully run down and then swapped over, without leaving the job incomplete.

Well designed equipment - easy to recommend

Excellent product - thoughtfully designed. Currently a little “stiff” to assemble/disassemble but likely to ease with use. Dust bucket quite small - but we have new carpets on our entire downstairs (1000+ sq ft) which are still shedding excess pile - so hoping not to have to empty the bucket twice each room in the future. The roller brush change is actually much easier once learnt - got it down to 30 seconds. Easy to recommend.

You get what you pay for!

An excellent stick vacuum cleaner. With the main unit in the lower position it feels balanced and lightweight. I use the Carpet Care Tool on my loop pile carpets. Apparently more aggressive brushes should not be used with loop pile carpets to avoid pilling. No other vacuum cleaner manufacturer addresses the issue apart from Miele. I do have a cylinder vacuum cleaner but getting it out, plugging it in, switching to a different socket as necessary and putting it all away is a faff. My solution was to keep it in the cupboard for longer and vacuum less. The Triflex HX2 Pro is conveniently sat on its mount in the kitchen and all I need to do is lift it off the mount and use it. I must admit I never use the motor unit by itself - it is a little heavy for handheld use. I have another, much lighter unit for this purpose. The Triflex HX2 Pro cleans well. It does its job in style. If I had one complaint, it would be that the dust collection container is a little too small - it needs emptying regularly. It's just something you factor in to a vacuuming session. It's easy enough to empty. This is the best stick vacuum you can buy. I would buy again.
