You get what you pay for!
An excellent stick vacuum cleaner. With the main unit in the lower position it feels balanced and lightweight. I use the Carpet Care Tool on my loop pile carpets. Apparently more aggressive brushes should not be used with loop pile carpets to avoid pilling. No other vacuum cleaner manufacturer addresses the issue apart from Miele. I do have a cylinder vacuum cleaner but getting it out, plugging it in, switching to a different socket as necessary and putting it all away is a faff. My solution was to keep it in the cupboard for longer and vacuum less. The Triflex HX2 Pro is conveniently sat on its mount in the kitchen and all I need to do is lift it off the mount and use it. I must admit I never use the motor unit by itself - it is a little heavy for handheld use. I have another, much lighter unit for this purpose. The Triflex HX2 Pro cleans well. It does its job in style. If I had one complaint, it would be that the dust collection container is a little too small - it needs emptying regularly. It's just something you factor in to a vacuuming session. It's easy enough to empty. This is the best stick vacuum you can buy. I would buy again.
