  • Excellent quality, easy to use and highly recommended!

I am very happy with this Miele telescopic pipe. It is well made, sturdy and easy to use. The quality is excellent, and it works perfectly with my vacuum cleaner. I would definitely recommend this product.

  • Delighted is an understatement

The original connection from the telescopic pipe from my almost 18 year old Miele vacuum had broken. Following my email to Miele I received a very comprehensive reply advising the Telescopic Pipe HES would be suitable, with details of how to order. I can’t say how delighted I am with the product as it fits perfectly and I have not needed to purchase another vacuum cleaner.

  • Easy purchasing experience when you know your model number

I had bought spare brush parts thinking they were the ones falling off the telescopic pipe. The fit was awful, but then it occurred to me that it might be the pipe. Hey presto! Problem solved.

  • Poor quality

Over many years I have purchased 3 Miele vacuum cleaners. The first 2 have never broken, I have just upgraded each time. The extendable part on the hose broke on my latest model. It is made of two plastic parts stuck/connected together, seems very cheaply made. On my older model the part is made of metal and is one piece, very sturdy and good quality. It was really difficult to get the replaced part and Miele wanted to charge me for this even though it was less than one year old.
