The Process 

Purchase any Duoflex or Guard Vacuum cleaner within the promotional period, from any authorised Miele retailer. Try the product for 100 days and if you’re not completely satisfied we will reimburse what you originally paid.

To claim, please access our dedicated website at www.mielepromotions.co.uk/moneyback and follow the online instructions.

You will be asked to provide: your name and email address, Qualifying Product purchased, details of Participating Retailer, date of purchase, purchase price and reason for return. You will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt (scan or photograph is acceptable) which must detail the Participating Retailer, the Qualifying Product and purchase price in GBP (£). If these details are not shown on the receipt or you do not have a receipt, the application will not be processed, and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to re-submit the receipt.

Technical checks (No change vs. the Duoflex MBG).

Whilst we aim to pay back claims as quickly and fairly as possible, we do check for product misuse, which includes but is not limited to water damage, missing parts (that effect the operation of the vacuum) and severe damage. As a general rule, as long as it work as could be reasonably expected, we’ll cover you. For full details, view our terms & conditions.

Payment

Once we’ve confirmed that the vacuum is in working order, we’ll be in touch to refund you the money on the invoice via bank transfer (minus any cashback, promotional discounts or delivery fees)

Please allow 28 working days after the date of your returned Qualifying Product being accepted for the bank transfer to be made and allow 5 days or the bank transfer to clear.

The refund amount will not include any additional postage costs for the return of the Qualifying Product.
