The AutoOpen function is switched off.
Select “AutoOpen” > “On” in the “Settings” menu.
Confirm with OK.
AutoOpen is not activated in some programmes.
If you have switched on AutoOpen and the door lock rail does not automatically retract into the appliance, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
