A magnetic field triggers a fault on the electronic module. As a result, it is no longer able to detect when the door is opened. The magnetic field is generated by an electronic device (e.g. music player) placed on the refrigeration appliance.
Remove the electronic device that is generating the magnetic field from the refrigeration appliance. Do not put the device causing interference back on the refrigeration appliance or move it to a different position.
