A coffee capsule has jammed. The coffee capsule has not been pushed onto the capsule plate correctly and may be damaged.
Confirm the fault message with OK.
Open the appliance door.
Remove the grounds container.
Empty the grounds container.
Reinsert the grounds container.
Remove the carousel runners.
Reinsert the carousel runners.
Close the appliance door.
If the fault persists, proceed as follows:
Open the coffee machine door.
Remove the grounds container from the coffee machine.
Remove the carousel runners and the capsule plate from the coffee machine.
There is an opening to the right of the insert for the capsule plate. Check whether there is a coffee capsule jammed inside.
If no coffee capsule is jammed here, the coffee capsule has probably become jammed in the brew unit.
Remove the coffee capsule in the upper area of the brew unit using a wooden spoon handle or similar.
Replace the capsule plate.
Reinsert the carousel runners and the capsule carousel.
CVA 26xx/36xx with main switch in the appliance: switch the main switch back on.
Close the coffee machine door.
