Perfect baking and roasting results can be achieved by combining Fan plus or Conventional heat with moisture. Meat becomes tender and succulent with an appetising, browned crust, bread and rolls taste as if fresh from the bakery. The bursts of steam in Moisture plus mode can be programmed for greater convenience. Moisture plus is also used in various automatic programmes.
