I would recommend this product.
Whilst placing my order online, I had to ring Miele to question the VAT amount. Anyhow, completed my order, then received an email informing me of my Vacuum cleaner purchase! My heart was thudding because I had definitely NOT ordered a vacuum cleaner! Rang Miele and told the lady what had happened and why, when they record all of their calls, was I sent an email about a vacuum cleaner? She couldn’t answer straight off but said that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Nobody ever did get back to me, but I wasn’t charged for the vacuum cleaner that I DIDN’T order and received my confirmation email for my fridge freezer, so that was a relief! Fridge freezer eventually arrived on the correct day. Very pleased with the interior of my fridge, plenty of room inside, larger than my previous fridge. A handy cooling drawer for bits like bacon, cheese, meat, which is very useful. Space saving. The freezer part has 3 drawers, again plenty of room really, depends on your needs. Makes a little bit of noise, as is normal for a FF, but nothing too intrusive. In a nutshell, delighted with my FF. Not sure about Miele customer service though!
