Quality but complex

Early days but seems good. Not easy to actually do set up and the first wash properly without advice , set up takes too long, pre-wash initialisation , not great for non tech savvy user. Wifi connection needed. Language change etc - way too many cycles hidden in other functions, would like a short wash as one of the main options through the dial.

Lots of features but easy to use

It's a washing machine that cleans clothes effectively.

Quiet, quick and very efficient

I had a Miele washing machine before and loved it, left it when I moved house as it was 12 years plus already, still in perfect working order. Love this new machine really big drum, super quiet, can reduce the time on any normal cotton wash on full load as well as a quick wash on half load option.

Miele make fantastic washing machines that are built to last.

This is second Miele washing machine, the first was brilliant and gave 20 plus years of excellent service. When it developed a fault I decided that a replacement would be the best option. After having such faultless service from my Miele washing machine for so long, obviously I would replace it with another Miele. My new machine WWG360 WCS is definitely a great machine but it appears to be rougher with the clothes than my old one, even using the GENTLE option found in the EXTRAS sub-menu. This is the only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars. I should maybe add a footnote so say that, 20 years ago I was working and purchased a machine that was then a top of the range model, now retired, this time I bought a very much mid-range machine - so you get what you pay for! I would also like to add that I purchased my machine direct from the Miele - the video chat with the sales team was fantastic and I cannot fault their customer service team in any way.

I would recommend Miele machines

Disappointed with the 1400 spin. my old machine was 1600 and the 200 make a big difference. My old one was 22 years old.
