This item was as described and fitted as expected. This lamp is extremely long winded and difficult to fit because it is necessary to partly dismantle the device in order to fit the part There is no external access and so the design is very poorly thought through. Secondly the lamp is unique fit so must be purchased from Miele at an extortionate cost. Surely the designers could have used a standard LED bulb that is more widelt available. The lamp supplied is bright but has a remarkably short life for an LED. In this case, Miele, supposedly a premium brand, have not done well.
