The magnet is missing from the suction nozzle of the central spout.
Check the serial number and the index number on your coffee machine’s data plate, see Fig. 2. The data plate is located behind the drip tray.
Magnets have not been fitted to coffee machines from no. 13 / 97367459 onwards.
Pull the stainless steel cover off the central spout.
Check for a magnet inside the suction nozzle, see Fig. 1.
If a magnet has been fitted, reposition it correctly inside the suction nozzle.
