The coffee machine is no longer responding.

The machine is not plugged in.

Check whether the mains plug is plugged into the appliance and socket.

The appliance’s main switch is not switched on.

Check whether the appliance’s main switch is switched on.

There may be a technical fault.

Use the main switch to switch off the appliance for approx. 1 minute and then switch it back on again.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
