There is a gap between the beans.
The bean container’s fill level sensors are very close together. Beans that are too large lead to gaps and the fill level sensors are then not sufficiently covered. The gap causes the fill level sensors’ transmitters and receivers to come into contact with one another.
Grinder running.
Risk of injury due to sharp edges.
If you place a spoon or similar, or even fingers, in the bean containers during grinding, you could be injured. Do not reach into the bean system during grinding.
Do not place any objects in the bean containers during grinding.
Move the beans. To do so, proceed as follows:
Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
To move the coffee beans, use a narrow spoon or similar to stir the beans in the containers.
Try using a different bean container.
If the problem occurs frequently, use a different bean type.
