Pleased
Initial impressions are very good although it’s replacing a 30year old Miele cleaner so it’s a lot lighter and the build quality is not so good particularly the accessories plastic lid. One downside is where the hose attaches to the machine is fixed whereas on the old one is was a 360 degree rotating coupling which was definitely better particularly when storing the appliance. But all in all pleased with it

I currently utilize 3 Miele vacuums in my house and ipurchased this C3 C&D as a gift. All my vacuums (C3 Electro, Scout, and S40) are solidly designed and engineered, exhibit superior cleaning performance with better waste handling/air filtering and are decidedly quieter and easier to handle than all of my prior brands including Kirby, Siemens, iRobot.

There is a reason why it's Miele. Amazing product, robust and with incredible suction especially for dog hair stuck in our carpets.

Miele products can be bought with confidence
Well presented practical cleaner. all the tools to hand as inbuilt in the machine. As three of my other Miele appliances have worked for more than 20 years. I look forward to the Vacuum cleaner being as robust.
