Miele Repair Services

Fixed Price Repair does not cover the following:

Washing machines – suds container (drum, bearings and weights) and cabinet repairs or replacements.

Tumble dryers – drum and base module.

Refrigeration appliances – replacement of refrigerant gases or compressors.

Hobs – glass tops.

Glass breakage, cosmetic damage, wear and tear, interior fittings, cavity repairs or replacements, and accessories.

Appliances previously visited by Miele or a Miele authorised service partner where a diagnosis or repair estimate has already been provided for the reported fault.

Miele Professional appliances or domestic appliances being used in a commercial environment.

Faults caused by external factors, such as damage resulting from environmental conditions or natural phenomena.

Miele appliances are made to last for many years, and we understand how inconvenient it can be when something goes wrong unexpectedly.

Many issues can be resolved over the phone with our Remote Assist service. During the Remote Assist call, our team will help diagnose the issue, provide a cost estimate and guide you towards a possible solution.

If your appliance is deemed beyond economic repair, we will explain the options available to you.

During the Miele warranty period, any defects in your appliance, excluding usage and operating errors, will be resolved at no cost to you. This includes repairs or replacement of affected components or, where necessary, the entire appliance.

Miele will also cover applicable travel costs, call-out charges, labour and spare parts.

A Fixed Price Repair is provided at a set price agreed before the service visit. This one-off payment covers the costs required to repair the reported fault, including:

• The call-out charge.
• All labour and spare parts required to repair the reported fault, including subsequent visits if spare parts need to be ordered.
• A 12-month guarantee on parts and labour for the repair, starting from the repair date.

Fixed Price Repair is available for most large household appliances. MasterCool appliances, Dialog Ovens and Range Cookers are excluded.

If your appliance cannot be repaired or is deemed beyond economic repair, we will explain the options available to you. 

Remote Assist includes an in-depth diagnosis and guidance towards a possible solution from our Remote Assistance team over the phone.

This may include guided self-help, troubleshooting, spare parts advice or arranging a technician visit. A video call option is also available if needed.

Remote Assist is available for a fixed price of £59 per Miele appliance.

If the issue cannot be resolved during the Remote Assist call, our Remote Assistance team will advise you on the appropriate next steps. This may include arranging a technician visit.

If a repair is deemed no longer cost-effective, we will discuss the available options with you. Any applicable discounts will be applied in line with the Remote Assist Terms and Conditions.

Miele appliances are designed for longevity, and we offer original Miele spare parts for at least 15 years after production ends.

We continue to service many older Miele appliances, subject to the required spare parts being available.
