The price of this service is £59. If the Remote Assist session does not resolve the issue and a technician visit is needed, the fee you paid for Miele Remote Assist will be credited against the cost of the in-person visit.
This means you can start with remote support from one of our Miele experts, with the reassurance that if an in-person technician visit is required, your Remote Assist fee will go towards the cost of the visit.
