  • Diabolical

    We had the older model of this wine cooler and were very happy with it until it stopped working. The new one arrived today and we cannot fit ANY wine bottles in it! The shelves are too close and cannot be moved. For a cooler that costs nearly £3,000 this is outrageous.

    Not fit for purpose

  • I would not buy this product.

    We had to replace our KWT4154 after only 10 years. We bought a 6321 on recommendation and found this product is very limited on space and size of bottles. We have to be very careful as when you pull a shelf out it can drag the bottle below out also and can end up broken on the floor. With our previous model, we could store various sizes of bottles but not with this model and therefore are quite dissapointed with this model given the cost of purchase. Just want my old 4154 back!!!!

  • The product performance is very good but not the quality of the inside

    I am disappointed with the quality of the inside of the wine cooler - it is not as good as the one we purchased from Miele 12 years ago - the wooden racks are made from cheap wood and considering it cost almost £3,000 I would expect them to be made of a better quality wood
