  • Great bagged vacuum cleaner

    My previous Miele did me proud for 25 years. This model is lighter, quiter and has more features. I'm sure it'll give me many years of great service too.

  • Not great for shag carpets otherwise very good

    Tools inside and retractable electric cable are great but very average for my shag carpets alas. obviously being a cylinder vacuum is always harder work with carpets but not a great performer on my type of carpet. Seems to be a gap in the market and vague info re vacuum performance on shag carpets. Too soon to know how good Miele are at providing spare parts such as the right tools in case one got lost.

  • This is a brilliant machine

    I used a Miele vacuum cleaner at a friend’s house and couldn’t get over how beautifully and easily it cleaned, everywhere. It has such powerful suction, it’s easy to pull along, has a long power cord and vacuum tools concealed in a compartment on top of the machine so you can access them easily and not worry about putting them in “a safe place”. Very impressed.

    I’m genuinely impressed with this vacuum cleaner. It has strong suction power, is easy to move around, and leaves carpets and hard floors looking spotless. The build quality feels premium and durable, and it’s surprisingly quiet while running. I also like how lightweight and easy it is to empty and store. Overall, a great product that works very well and makes cleaning much quicker and easier. Highly recommended. ”
