    This is my ninth Miele product, Exceptional build quality! You get what you pay for!!! My last Cat and Dog Hair Miele is still going strong but decided to upgrade to the new M1 C&Dog, what an amazing difference especially with the Turbo head!!

    The carpet head gets hair twisted in it very quickly and affects the suction fairly quickly. It’s not easy to untangle. I would love a tool or explanation for how best to remove hair/lint.

  • I would buy this product again. Very impressed with the amount this hoover collects, easy to use and store.

    This is the best vacuum cleaner I have so far owned. I was a little concerned that I wasn’t going to manage this, as going from an upright to a cylinder. Great suction for all round the home including my dog's fur. Great customer service.
