Great for pet owners

Few niggles but overall very good I would recommend it

Good cleaner but it is quite heavy I did not find the built in duster and good at all which is a shame Lead is really long which is also good but the hose is shorter which makes it difficult reaching up high Picks up lovely though so still worth purchasing

A really powerful vacuum cleaner

Very powerful vacuum and it’s well made. However, I find the upholstery tool is too small and jumps out of its housing every time the cable is wound-in. I’m fit male but I find the vacuum handle to be cumbersome and puts strain on my elbow as you vacuum.

Carpets are finally clean and my backs better of for a Miele.

Having injured my back and my vacuum broken which was an upright, this was my chance to research a new version. I thought a cylinder wouldn’t be so heavy for me and looked at different makes but Miele came out tops in my research and I can see why. It’s been great for my back but my carpets are just shining. Having the ability to change the suction power really helps as we have thick pile carpets as well as laminate. All in all can not recommend this enough!
