Disappointing
Had the vacuum for less than 10 days before it stopped charging. Customer services messed me around with information and collection so 4 calls on it’s still not resolved.

A very portable machine, and easy to use.
The machine is light, powerful and efficient. Easily deconstructed to make it into a handheld machine and readily emptied. The only slight drawback is the small dust container compared to the bigger, heavier machines but this is a minor disadvantage.

Very dissapointed
Whilst it is a very pleasing design in practical terms it leaves a lot to be desired, the capacity of the dust container is far to small and you need to be a contortionist to get it apart for emptying ,the changing of the filter is a mind boggling experience and you need the grip of an orang utan to get the fliter out of its housing. On the modelthat i recieved the battery will not hold its charge, so it has to be on charge continously, i have a lot of Miele products but this is the worst one I have purchased.
