The drain hose is not correctly secured in the drain pipe.
Feed the drain hose into the drain pipe to a depth of 15 to 20 cm.

Water is leaking out under the washing machine/washer-dryer.
The hose clip on the direct connection to a sink drain outlet has not been tightened.
Use a screwdriver to tighten the hose clip up close to the sink union nut.
The on-site drain pipe is blocked.
Contact a local qualified plumber.
Alternatively, use the swivel elbow supplied.
The on-site water inlet or water drain is leaky.
Contact a local qualified plumber.
