Check whether the washer-dryer has been switched on.
Check whether the mains plug is plugged in.
Check whether the fuse has tripped.
You can use the emergency release to open the door:
Disconnect the washer-dryer from the mains power supply by pulling out the mains plug.

Open the access panel for the drain pump.

Place a suitable container under the access panel, e.g. a universal tray.
Slowly unscrew the drain filters to let the water out.
To interrupt the flow of water, tighten the drain filters back up again.
If water stops flowing out, screw the drain filters tight.

Unlock the door with a screwdriver.
Open and close the door.
Close the panel.
Reconnect the washer-dryer to the mains.
