White residue on load items
Clouding has occurred on crockery, glassware and cutlery after the wash cycle. The film can be wiped off.
There is no salt in the salt reservoir.
Fill the salt reservoir in accordance with the operating instructions.
The salt reservoir cap has not been screwed on correctly.
Replace the cap, making sure that it screws back on correctly.
An unsuitable combination product has been used.
Switch to another detergent. Use normal detergent tabs or normal powder detergent.
The water softener setting is too low.
Increase the water softener setting in accordance with the operating instructions.
