Drain pump cover is not positioned correctly.
The drain pump cover is positioned incorrectly in the dishwasher. This may result in suds carryover, worsening the wash results.
Remove the lower spray arm.
Rotate the screw thread of the lower spray arm anti-clockwise (1). Pull the lower spray arm upwards to remove it (2).
Remove the filter combination.
Remove the drain pump cover. Proceed as follows:
Press the catch of the drain pump cover inwards (1).
Tip the cover inwards to release it (2).
Rinse the cover thoroughly under running water and remove all foreign objects.
Refit the cover by placing it down vertically from above.
Ensure that the catch on the cover engages completely.
Make sure that the cover is flush with the edge.
Refit the filter combination in the dishwasher.
Ensure that the filter combination lies flat in the base of the wash cabinet.
Refit the lower spray arm.
