There is a problem with the water inlet.

Make sure that the stopcock is fully open.

Please clean the water inlet filter in accordance with the operating instructions.

Make sure that the water inlet hose is not kinked. Remove any kinks or loops from the water inlet hose. Keep an eye on these points afterwards, as the plastic may weaken and the material may tear. In the event of any damage, the water inlet hose must be replaced. If this is necessary, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.

The flow pressure at the water connection is lower than 30 kPa (0.3 bar).

Contact the facility manager or a plumber.

There is soiling or a blockage in the filter combination or in the non-return valve.

Clean the filter combination in accordance with the operating instructions.

A foreign object (such as a cherry stone or a small shard of glass) could be blocking the drain pump and the non-return valve. Remove the foreign object in accordance with the operating instructions.

The drain hose is kinked, blocked or unable to move freely.

Remove any kinks or loops from the drain hose.

Keep an eye on these points afterwards, as the plastic may weaken and the material may tear.

In the event of any damage, the water inlet hose must be replaced. If this is necessary, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.

Frequent use can result in deposits in the drain hose.

Check the hose for blockages. Try to remove the blockage.

Please make sure that the drain hose is able to move freely and is not too taut.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.

The Miele Waterproof system has been activated.

Close the water inlet and disconnect the dishwasher from the mains (the drain pump will not stop running until this is done).

You can remove the crockery from the dishwasher as normal.

Please contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
