Fault F15 (water inlet)

The dishwasher display shows fault F15. The water inlet is blocked or restricted.

The stopcock is not open.

Open the stopcock.

The inlet filter is soiled.

Clean the inlet filter:

Risk of electric shock from mains voltage.

The plastic housing of the water connection contains an electrical valve.

The housing must not be dipped in water.

Switch the dishwasher off.

Disconnect the dishwasher power plug.

Close the stopcock.

Unscrew the water intake valve.

Remove the seal from the screw connection.

Using combination or pointed pliers, take hold of the plastic filter bar and remove the plastic filter.

Rinse the plastic filter under running water.

Re-insert the plastic filter and the seal into the screw connection of the water intake valve. Ensure that the plastic filter and the seal are seated correctly.

Screw the screw connection of the water intake valve securely onto the stopcock.
Slowly turn on the stopcock.
If water drips out, tighten the connection.

The plastic filter must be put back in place after cleaning.

The water inlet hose is kinked.

Remove any kinks or loops from the water inlet hose.

Keep an eye on these points for a while afterwards, as the plastic may weaken and the material may tear. In the event of any damage, the water inlet hose must be replaced.

If this is necessary, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.

The flow pressure at the water connection is lower than 50 kPa (0.5 bar).

Contact the facility manager or a plumber.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
