Fault F14

The dishwasher display shows fault F14.

The circulation pump is blocked. In longer breaks between wash/rinse cycles (lasting weeks or months at a time), the pump may become dry and stick together.

Remove the lower spray arm.

Remove the filter combination.

Risk of scalding.

Contact with hot water can cause scalding.

Take care with heated water. Do not use excessively hot water (maximum 75 °C).

Pour 1 litre of warm water (maximum 75 °C) with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the dishwasher interior.

Leave the solution to work for 5 minutes.

Refit the filter combination. Ensure that the filter combination is positioned correctly.

Refit the lower spray arm.

Start the programme again.

Repeat the process 2 to 3 times if necessary.

Technical fault. Water intake fault – pump pressure level switch or heating level switch.

Switch the dishwasher off.

Wait a few seconds.

Switch the dishwasher back on.

Select the programme you want and start it.
