Milk spitting/first milk frothing (Nespresso)

Milk spits out of the milk container when it is frothed for the first time (Nespresso).

The appliance door was opened during the heating phase.

This causes excessive pressure to build up upstream of the steam valve, so that the steam exits the spout with too much force when the valve opens.

Do not open the appliance door during the heating phase.
