Fault F10

Fault F10 appears on the coffee machine display.

No water is being drawn in.

Remove the water container.

Fill the water container with fresh drinking water.

Put the water container back in place.

For appliances from serial number 152922013 onwards:

  • Check the filter in the water intake valve. The filter in the water intake valve is located in the recess for the water container.

  • Clean the filter if it is dirty. To avoid the risk of unpleasant flavours, clean the filter with water only; do not use cleaning agents.

  • Descale the coffee machine.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.

Miele recommends descaling coffee machines gently and thoroughly using the Miele descaling tablets that are designed for the specific appliance, see figure. Excellent care for many years of reliable service.
