The cups have not been pre-heated.
Place the cup under the hot water nozzle.
Press the hot water button and fill the cup around halfway up.
To stop the water, press the hot water button again.
Leave the cup to pre-heat for a moment before tipping the water out of the cup again.
Heat up the cups in a Gourmet drawer or on the cup heater (if fitted).
