The brew unit is not in the home position.
To move the brew unit back to the home position, please proceed as follows:
Use your finger to press the snap lock, see Fig. 1 (1).
Push the funnel down, see Fig. 1 (2).
Now slide the nozzle all the way to the left, see Fig. 1 (3).
To restore the home position, then press on PRESS.
The brew unit can now be reinserted into the appliance.
