System requirements for WiFi

You are trying to connect a WiFi-enabled Miele appliance to your home network but for some unknown reason this is not working.

Check that your home network meets the requirements listed at www.miele.com/systemrequirements.

Please ensure that you use a secure encryption method for your WiFi connection. We recommend using secure WPA2 encryption with a secure password. The operating instructions for your WiFi router will contain information about support for WPS push button configuration and how to activate it.
WiFi connections that use a captive portal (a web page that must be accessed before the user can connect to the network, such as in a hotel) cannot currently be used for networking.
