  • Spectacular !

    I thought it will be not useful for grilling and the fact that the gaps are not big will lead to ‘soggy’ food. In reality is spectacular! Food grills to perfection and the coating of the item means 0 sticking which means I can turn pieces so easily.

  • Used with a Miele tray this gives excellent roasting and air frying results

    I had a quality control problem with this item as when it arrived there was a chunk of the enamel missing. This was on the underside of sheet and so the cooking experience wouldn't have been affected but I was surprised. Needless to say the consistently excellent Miele service team sorted out a rapid replacement. Does it work? Yes it does, from crispy bacon under the grill to roasted salmon or air fried sweet potato this tray gives a supportive cooking surface that easily drains away the fat. It must be used in conjunction with a standard Miele tray as it sits upon the tray.
