Miele overcharge and dont seem to want to offer customer support or service or service
Surprised that the original seal had failed, and the replacement is very expensive. Followed the replacement instructions and the clips didnt come off using the approach as instructed. Contacted Miele numerous times but technical team didnt come back to me. Eventually paid for an engineer to resolve, who confirmed that the clips had been pushed too far in by the factory when originally made (an issue known by Miele). Despite this we had to pay for the engineer. Poor after service and poor design, despite paying a premium for what should be a high quality product. At least the engineer was supportive and very helpful.
