  • Needs proper instructions on use.

    I bought these but have no idea what to put in them. I rang for advice and first person said no 1 is colour 2 whites. I spoke to someone else who said the opposite. I’ve not been able to use them as when reading the booklet it talks about no 1 first then a bit of no 2. Nowhere can I find the information I need. I tried sending a message but after compiling it wouldn’t send. Needs proper instructions on use.

  • It’s all about choice

    I’m sure you will agree it’s all down to choice but to be honest it’s probably a product that’s a waste of money but again it’s down to choice, We tried to use a standard liquid but in all honesty it just didn’t give us the same results so reverted back to the Miele liquid which gives us best results but we now have the choice

  • Not great

    I’d previously used the non sensitive variety and the results were good although I don’t like the lack of ecological products contained in it. When I switched to sensitive I noticed how dry my clothing now was. Im returning to the non sensitive variety but I will then switch to my own powder and conditioner.
    Disappointing.
