  • Miele not what they used to be

    Purchased a new machine last Autumn only for this part to break, Miele in their wisdom decided that they would not replace the faulty part so had to purchase a replacement, so maybe all the parts are from a faulty batch therefore I give it one star. I also give customer service zero stars as this was as bad as it gets, as I stated in my trust pilot review poor customer service as resulted in me never purchasing a Miele again. This is my opinion

    Well made and the handle fitted easily into the existing pipe. Easy to order online and received quite quickly.

    I was a little concerned that if I ordered online I would choose the incorrect handle so I contacted the Miele rep who was extremely helpful and guided me online to the correct product. She then took my order which arrived earlier than expected and is the perfect fit for my vacuum cleaner. I am delighted with the service I received from Miele and definitely recommend them.

  • Bad Design,

    I have had 5 Miele vacum cleaners. My latest one had this hose head, the built in brush is handy but broke after 6 months for no reason. The raised oversized hande makes use clumsy the metal tube length adjustment is also very flimsy, and the brush head does work as well as any of our Miele hoovers something is going very wrong. I ws a fairly devoted Miele purchaser I will have to start looking elsewhere
