    Excellent performance - light, v high suction, quiet - a joy to use. Wife v impressed! Originally purchased for upstairs, to compliment [v heavy] excellent [automatic height variable] Sebo downstairs - but the Duoflex is much preferred for both. Tempted to buy another Duoflex for downstairs!

  • Ideal for convenience

    Very pleased that I took a chance on this cordless vacuum. I have always had a Miele cylinder vacuum but I find this cordless to be so much more convenient to use. I have a one bed flat with hard wood floors and 2 dogs. The dogs are always bringing in garden detrius so it's perfect to have the Duoflex to hand.

  • Good product but still no free five year warranty

    Vacuum bought to replace my 15 year old meile vacuum. Great product although taking a little time to go to cordless. I have also tried three times now to register for the free five year warranty without success. Not the type od customer service I had grown accustomed to and expected from Meile.

  • Very disappointed, I would not recommend

    I really wanted to love this vacuum cleaner. I have owned three cat and dog Miele vacuums in the past and loved them. I wanted to upgrade to a rechargeable handheld vacuum. Unfortunately the ergonomics of this vacuum make it unusable for me the Top heavy handle makes manoeuverability difficult and places pressure on elbow wrist and shoulder joints. The cylinder holds very little and needs to be emptied after every room, the battery life is also short however, to be honest you wouldn’t be able to vacuum for longer as your arm aches. I’m really disappointed and would have returned to this product. Had I not have used it first. I tried an alternative at a friend’s house, the shark and found this much lighter and much more usable the other difficulty with this is that there is no height adjustability which makes it uncomfortable for me to use also when using the attachments the cylinder is so large that you are unable to get into the crevices required or use at an angle that is flat. Also, you cannot stand this vacuum independently and there is a great danger that it will fall and damage the cylinder. There is a wall mountable recharging point however in general use you sometimes need to just pop the vacuum down which are unable to do there is only room to store two of the on board tools leaving two left behind somewhere. the two stored on the shaft of the vacuum also fall off frequently whilst using andalso make the vacuum much more clunky and difficult to use as the weight is all at the top of the handle you need to apply a lot of pressure to push the vacuum along and ensure it makes good contact with the ground which again puts force through the arm joints. I did expect much better from Miele on the plus side the suction is great and really equals my cat and Dog vacuums of the past but I would not recommend this
