  • I would recommend this product to others

Easy to use, good suction. Battery doesn't quite last as longs as I would like but overall good value for mony

  • Feels like usual Miele quality.

Easy to set up and runs well. It is slightly heavier than I thought it might be and I run time slightly shorter than I’d have expected.

  • Rather disappointed

I really wanted to like this vacuum but it's just not as easy to use as I'd hoped. Doubtless it has a good motor, it vacuums well and will probably last. However, I find it heavy for a stick vacuum. The fact that it has strong suction means it's more difficult to move around and it makes my back ache. When using it as a hand held vacuum for the stairs I have to use two hands because I find it so heavy. I am very small and I suspect a younger, stronger person wouldn't have a problem. Emptying it is a dirty, dusty procedure, not nearly as easy as my old stick vacuum from a major competitor. Unfortunately that one failed after less than 3 years but it was more of a pleasure to use while it was working. The Duoflex became quite smelly after less than 3 months' use. I'm hoping that now I've cleaned the filter, which also involved a lot of dust blowing around, perhaps the smell will improve. It's disappointing that none of the components are washable like my old vacuum.

  • I wouldn’t buy again

First Melie vaccum, disappointed but a fraction of the price of others. Brush gets tangled, feel like Ive gone back 30 years just without a bag
    Dissapointing

  • It’s just perfect!

It’s neat and tidy , a little heavier than I thought it would be. However, I still love it.
